International Shoe Case
Due process requires that a foreign corporation be "present" within a state by a measure of minimal activity within the state for suits to be maintained against it in the state. International Shoe Co. v. State of Washington, etc., 326 U.S. 310, 66 S.Ct. 154, 90 L.Ed. 95.
